The founder of LiliBebe personally tested each component, meticulously selecting only the finest materials for our customers. Though it was a lengthy engineering endeavor, the results have proven to be worthwhile!

+ What sets the LiliBebe Box apart from other illuminated mirrors?

Our exclusive Luminous System, which underwent a rigorous 2-year development process, is the key differentiator. It precisely replicates daylight, eradicating shadows by uniformly distributing light across your entire face. With 3 color modes, 3 brightness levels, and a Color Rendering Index (CRI) exceeding 90, our advanced system ensures even the subtlest variations in makeup shades are perceptible. Most makeup lights on the market overlook CRI ratings, resulting in inaccurate color representation.

+ Should I charge my liliBebe Box before using it for the first time?  

We advise fully charging the device overnight prior to its initial use.

+ Troubleshooting Guide

If the LED doesn't pulsate when you connect the charger:

  • The battery could be fully charged.
  • The battery might be depleted and could take a few minutes to detect the charging cable.
  • Verify that the charging cable is securely connected, and check both the wall socket and charging port.
  • Confirm that the plug delivers 5V and 1-2.5 amps.
  •  

If your LiliBebe Cosmetic bag doesn't react to button presses:

  • The battery may need recharging as it could be drained.
  • Press the touch buttons in the center and avoid releasing them too quickly.
  •  

If your LiliBebe Cosmetic Bag cannot be switched off and/or the interface buttons are unresponsive:

  • The microprocessor may be temporarily malfunctioning. Restore normal operation by reconnecting the charging cable.
  • Additionally, ensure your fingers are clean, as oil can impact button responsiveness.
Delivery

We typically ship orders on Saturdays and Sundays. In general, orders placed on the first day will be dispatched either on the same afternoon or the following morning. If customers do not receive their orders promptly due to weather or other factors, please contact our customer service (LiliBebeJW@gmail.com), and we will resolve the issue as soon as possible.

How do I check on the status of my order?
Once you place your order you will receive an email from us with your order number. Once we have shipped your order you will receive a second email containing your tracking number. Clicking on this will transport you to the website of your local shipping service, they can provide you with information regarding the delivery of your order.
