At LiliBebe, we take pride in our products and hope you're thrilled with your order. However, if for any reason you're not completely satisfied, you can return any unused item in its original condition and packaging for a full refund or exchange. Returns must reach us within 30 days of delivery. To receive detailed returns instructions, please email your order number and name to lilibebejw@gmail.com. 

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Please ensure the package is securely wrapped, and include your packing list with your name and order number. If an item arrives damaged due to insufficient packaging, we cannot issue a refund. For your security, we recommend using a recorded delivery service and retaining proof of postage, as we cannot be held responsible for lost goods during transit. Please also include your name and order number inside the package. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting your return, and will be issued automatically to your original payment method. Note that deductions will be made from your refund if items are not returned in their original packaging or if parts are missing.

At LiliBebe, all items undergo quality control checks before dispatch. In the unlikely event of a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at lilibebejw@gmail.com. We will inspect the item, replace it with a brand new one, and cover any postage costs. Please report any issues within 14 days of delivery.

Once an order is placed, we work swiftly to fulfill it. Unfortunately, this means orders cannot be amended or cancelled once placed, including changes to products, delivery addresses, or payment methods. However, unwanted orders can be returned for a refund.

Please note that incorrect shipping information provided at checkout, failure to receive the package after three DHL delivery attempts, or failure to provide required customs information for international orders will result in the package being returned to us. In such cases, a refund will be issued, but shipping charges (both outbound and return) will be deducted from the refund amount. Any issues with your order must be reported within 14 days of delivery by emailing lilibebejw@gmail.com.
