Your LiliBebe  Box is backed by a 1-year warranty period (the duration may vary depending on the country of purchase).

At LiliBebe, we prioritize product quality and subject each item to rigorous inspection and testing procedures.

The warranty covers defects arising from faulty workmanship or materials during normal product use. If you discover a defect covered by the warranty within the warranty period, liliBebe will, at its discretion, replace the device free of charge*. If repair is feasible, LiliBebe will provide a return shipment label at no cost, arrange for the repair, and then handle the return shipment.

This warranty covers all functioning parts affecting the device's operation. It does not extend to cosmetic deterioration resulting from normal wear and tear or damage caused by accidents, misuse, or neglect. Any attempt to dismantle the device will void the warranty.

To avail of service under this Limited Warranty, you must present LiliBebe with the original proof of purchase from an authorized LiliBebe retailer.

*Please note that any replacement items will carry the warranty period from the original date of purchase.
